As a third-party recruiting agency, we are assisting them in finding the right candidate to fill this crucial role.

Our client, a leading supplier, is known for their commitment to excellence and the delivery of high-quality automotive components. They are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support their sales team and ensure the smooth functioning of their sales operations.

Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and sales documentation.
Collaborate closely with internal departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure the seamless fulfillment of orders.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to facilitate decision-making.
Maintain customer databases and ensure the accuracy and completeness of client records.
Proactively communicate with customers, providing updates on order status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential sales opportunities.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales coordination or sales support role within the automotive sector is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders professionally.
